Klippel-Feil syndrome is a condition characterized by fusion of the spine owing to failure normal segmentation cervical structures. In this case report, we aimed describe rare syndrome, show findings using imaging techniques, and demonstrate its clinical importance. A 41-year-old female patient presented our faculty hospital with neck pain. Using magnetic resonance imaging, observed decreased anteroposterior diameter; between corpora 2nd, 3rd, 4th spine; an appearance consistent arches same vertebrae in sagittal slices. Cadaver studies radiology tests were performed identify variations anomalies spine. Although computed tomography scanning more frequently for purpose evaluating spine, may be evaluate adjacent soft tissue structures symptoms associated vertebral pathologies. These modalities are necessary beneficial anatomists, radiologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedists so that they findings, coexisting anomalies, risk factors order reach appropriate diagnosis, follow-up, treatment.
